Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Brizup mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About Brizup

Brizup is a school assignment management platform developed and operated by Dan Hasson.

3. Eligibility and Access

Licence Required: Access to the App requires a valid licence code issued to an educational institution.

Account: You must sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Age: The App is rated 7+. Users under 13 may use the App only within the context of a licensed school that has signed a Data Processing Agreement with us, under which the school takes responsibility for appropriate parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any applicable law
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for operating the App. The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Dan Hasson.

6. School Responsibility

Schools that purchase a Brizup licence are responsible for ensuring all users comply with these Terms, obtaining parental consent for students under 13, and using the App in compliance with applicable law.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brizup and Dan Hasson are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by your school for the licence in the preceding 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
